The red with the white for the peppermint stick anything and everything we love to sweeten these December days. The white snow star for the high hopes we have for enough snow to play and sled in.
Susan--First what I love about your work is how thoughtful it is. Every piece of fabric, every stitch you make has so much personal meaning and symbolism. You are also a meticulous craftswoman (and I mean that in a very positive sense)in that you take the utmost care to create beautiful pieced and stitched work. I so enjoy watching your process. Happy Holidays to you--Julie
Thank you so much for your sweet comment, Julie. I love to talk to my boys about the meaning and the thoughts I have put into what I make and they remember every word. There is a lot of them in everything I do.
Beautiful, just perfect for this time of year.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I hope I can have it done in time to use it. : )
