This is the beginning of a small art quilt. I have been thinking more lately of piecework, so there is a little of that. Planning to also cut away a bit of the neutrals to reveal a bit of the blue after a bit of machine quilting to hold things in place. And although it may be difficult to tell from the blog (not even close to almost every day) the idea of keeping a blog has been successful as far as motivating me. I am thinking and working on bits and pieces much more often - which it turns out makes it difficult to also have time to keep up a blog. : )
I plan to clean and organize my sewing room (again) this afternoon in hopes of working more efficiently in an uncluttered space.
