Thanks so much for all the sweet comments on these beetles! Each beetle is about 5 and a half inches long - each brown "block" is about 8 X 10". I am currently stitching them to a backing so the final size is growing... more soon on these guys.
The beetles are growing legs and the quilting is about to begin...
