thanks, Jeana. my boys are always so excited about blowing bubbles in the spring! - so those blue lines are bubbles. The white line bubbles were sun printed onto the cloth by using small metal jump rings (normally used for making jewelry) and light sensitive fabric paint. I am trying to utilize some of these fabrics I have made over the last few years - it is so fun to do the sunprints!
Blue skies, fern fiddle heads, grape hyacinths and bubbles = Spring.
your drawings are so lovely, I especially love the very thin lines circles (bubbles?)
